Ryan has over 15 years of experience leading and working in highly functional for-profit and nonprofit teams throughout the State of Florida. A professional in pioneering relationships and tailoring strategic fundraising approaches and cultivation, Ryan started her career at age twenty at Big Brothers Big Sisters of Greater Miami in a lead fundraising role and went on to build teams as the Senior Director of Development at the Academy Prep Center of Tampa and the Glazer Children’s Museum to help them meet and exceed their revenue goals. Ryan developed and executed diversified fundraising strategy plans that included major giving solicitation, grant writing, event planning, annual fund management, and high quality stewardship.
For companies, Ryan has worked with small to midsize corporations as a business strategist and social impact storyteller to craft and activate programs and plans to help them strengthen their businesses and increase impact in the community. She has helped businesses create the strategy, framework, and messaging to pull together their perfect custom plan.
In her past life, Ryan was a certified wedding planner in South Florida and planned over 40 events to include weddings, corporate events, and social gatherings.
