Before The Touchstone Collective, Ryan held development
leadership roles with organizations including Big Brothers
Big Sisters of Greater Miami, Academy Prep Center of
Tampa, Moffitt Cancer Center, and the Glazer Children's
Museum.
Today she works alongside nonprofit executives, boards,
development teams, corporations, and business leaders
to strengthen revenue strategies, navigate complex
challenges, improves relationships and storytelling, and
build partnerships last.
Known for her candid advice, creative thinking, and
hands-on approach, Ryan believes consulting should do
more than produce recommendations. It needs
implementation and momentum to support it.

Principal
Merrill is the Founder & CEO of Marketing & Business
Solutions and brings complementary experience to TC
with over 20 years of experience in annual fundraising
initiatives, social media and marketing strategy,
fundraising, strategy planning, marketing, communications,
grant writing, major gift solicitation, and capital
campaigns. She has been the guru in the industry!
As a principal collaborating with The Touchstone
Collective, Merrill helps to connect strategy with how
organizations build relationships and put ideas into
action. Together, Merrill's partnership with TC brings
different perspectives and a shared commitment to
